Chubbuck Food Truck Park started with a simple idea: give local food entrepreneurs a place to gather, and give our community a reason to come together over a meal. What began as a handful of trucks on a weekday evening has grown into something the whole town looks forward to.
We don't just host food trucks — we curate a rotating lineup of independent operators who bring their own recipes, their own stories, and their own corner of the world to every plate. From slow-smoked BBQ to handmade empanadas, from coffee that wakes you up to desserts that make you stay — there's always something new to try.
